Lastly, if a cardholder re-enters the site through a Kiosk, they will have the option not to reprint their identification badge, allowing the cardholder to reuse their previously printed badge for that day.

Kiosks and updating site requirements
If you need to update any site requirements in the RIW System, such as site entry rules, working hour rules, site briefings or inductions, it’s important to note that the update of changes can take between 15 and 30 minutes to transfer to the Kiosk.
Sites will need to assess the risk between when the change is made in the RIW System to when it is available in the Kiosk, and determine whether cardholders are signed in via an alternative method during the transfer time, such as in person with an Access Controller via the RIW App.
In regards to site briefings, RIW recommends that site briefings are loaded to the RIW System at least the day before the briefing is to commence. Our article on adding and configuring a Kiosk safety briefing details how to configure the start date and active date to ensure site briefings are scheduled for deployment when required.
