SR1192	Added a requirement for visitors to accept a Permission Access Agreement (PAA) to manage their personal information when registered in the RIW System or a RIW Kiosk. Any visitors who do not swipe into a site or confirm acceptance on a kiosk within 30 days of the issue of the visitor pass will have their details deleted from the RIW System.
