The RIW System has many powerful reporting abilities to help workforce management. User permission determines your access to data in line with RIW data privacy requirements.
There are custom reports which can be created by Network Managers and Employer Admins (including the read only or no payment permissions) that are invaluable for helping manage competencies, job roles and sites.
Recently we created a high-level overview of some of our reporting functions and how to use them. For the overview of which reports are available and how to run them please download the Reporting Overview Document here.
Competencies must be added to meet the minimum acceptance criteria which are defined by the RIW Business Rules. You can check the rule first to ensure that the competency evidence you upload meets all requirements.
There are two ways to add a competency to an RIW profile:
Competencies can be verified using Standard or Fast Track verification methods.
Standard – 2 business days
Fast Track – 8 business hours for $55+GST. This one fee will cover up to 20 competencies for the worker
What is verification? Verification means that the competency evidence is submitted to the RIW Service Desk to check it meets the business rule requirements. If it does, the competency will be approved which validates the job role.
