RIW System Change
for Medical Provider Users
This notice is to alert you of an emergency change to the RIW System.
Medical Provider Users are now unable to delete medical assessments. This is to mitigate any possible misconduct in erasing medicals from RIW cardholder profiles.
Please note that when you log into the RIW System with your credentials, the delete function will still be available on your home screen, which may appear confusing.
However, clicking on this function will only allow you to progress to viewing a cardholders profile, and the delete button will no longer be available.
In the short term, if an AHP or authorised Medical Provider User requires a medical assessment to be deleted (i.e. an assessment was uploaded in error), then please contact the RIW Service Desk on email@example.com with your request for the medical to be deleted.
A dedicated Service Request to perform this function will soon be developed to streamline the process. We will notify you when this is available.
Please take this opportunity to ensure you are aware of your obligations in the use of your RIW System Access, which you acknowledged when you first logged in to the RIW System.
