– Changes Coming to ARTC eTAP app
Following the implementation of
eTAP in February 2020, the eTAP Team have held a number of
listening sessions with end users. From these sessions, a wide
range of enhancements have been put forward for
implementation. Some of these enhancements have now been
developed, tested and are ready for deployment.
The changes associated with Phase
1 are to be released on the 20th September 2021. These changes
include:

Enabling a Protection
Officer to change their current password in the eTAP app (from Monday 04 Oct 2021)

Adding a Blocks
Applied confirmation
·
Update of the TOA
Fulfilment Question “Is the track suitable for line speed
operations”
·
eTAP Support numbers
to be included on log in screen
·
Update to Voice TOA
Fulfilment pop up window
·
Remove WIC default
finish time
·
SMS reminders after a
WIC/LOW notification has expired.
