Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) has released Metro Academy Bulletin MA-BUL-2022-02 MTM Lookout Armband Requirement for those working as Lookouts on the Melbourne Metropolitan Rail Network.

Rail industry workers performing the role of Lookout are required to wear a blue armband with the letters “LOOKOUT” affixed in reflective material to identify when they are acting in this role in the field. The blue armband is only to be worn when the individual’s primary role is undertaking Lookout duties.
