The
RIW System’s Reporting and Analytics allow companies to explore and
report on data that is stored in the RIW System about their
workforce. A new RIW System Report has been created for use by
Employer Administrators, Network Operators and Advanced Project
Administrators.
What
are the changes?
The September 2021 release introduced two reporting
fields for Next Key
Expiry Date and Next Key
Expiry item into the custom RIW Reporting table. These
fields assist administrators with monitoring job role validity and
upcoming expiries for RIW Cardholders. The two reporting fields
have been temporarily removed from the Job Role table in the custom
reporting section. To continue to support administrators in
monitoring job role validity and upcoming expiries, a new RIW System
Report named ‘Next Key
Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles‘ has been created.
What is the Interim Next Key Expiry Report for Valid
Job Roles?
The Next Key
Expiry Report for Valid Job Roles report provides Network
Operators, Employer Administrators and Advanced Project Administrators
with the ability to monitor the date and item that is due to expire
within a valid job role for an RIW Cardholder.
