The RIW pricing model ensures the RIW Program is sustainable and equitable for all, making it easier for companies to manage costs as needs change over time. The pricing model minimised financial impact in 2021 by including a two year phased increase for companies with less than 299 cardholders.
What does this mean for me? For companies with less than 299 cardholders, the annual RIW card fee is increasing from $120.00 to $130.00, as detailed in the Company Registration Terms & Conditions for cardholder subscriptions due after 1 July 2022.
How can I save on cardholder fees? Review your subscribed primary cardholders to reduce costs to ensure you are only paying for the cardholders you need. Remove profiles by following the instructions in our article How does a company end employment with a cardholder?
Important RIW software release update
As part of a new RIW software release scheduled in October, we are introducing over 90 system enhancements including:
Additional system notifications via SMS and email to keep companies and cardholders up to date.
Enhanced RIW System user interface controls including improvements to navigation, buttons, data grids and additional personalised in-app help.
A map view of active workers swiped into site.
Better overall visitor management with the ability to define site hosts, and for RIW System created visitors to use their pass on Kiosks.
Updates to myRIW allowing cardholders to end their employment relationships and to view their competency evidence.
Increased security with multi-factor authentication for logins.
Scheduling function for Existing Reports for on-time reporting.
Advanced options for recording additional medical information and drug and alcohol tests.
Multiple upgrades to kiosk functionality.
