From 12 October 2022 the ARTC – Operator role will be updated in the RIW System to ensure it states Requires Drug Test Pass and Alcohol Test Pass.
Making this change has minimal impact to cardholders who hold the ARTC Operator role, however there is a small number of cardholders who do not have both the drug and alcohol test uploaded to their RIW profile.
If you have received this communication you have been identified as an affected cardholder, or you are the company administrator of an affected cardholder.
Please note that previously recorded breathalyser results obtained through an RIW kiosk will not satisfy the Alcohol Test Pass requirement for job roles following the October System release.
What does this mean for me?
Your RIW Employer Administrator must re-upload a medical containing a Drug Test Pass and Alcohol Test Pass, and the RIW Service Desk will ensure the two are recorded as separate events. If you have not undertaken these tests, then you may need to request a drug and/or alcohol screening assessment through an Authorised Health Professional.
Please complete this by 12 October 2022 to ensure your ARTC Operator role remains valid in the RIW System.
