Course.Aust Institute of Non-Destructive Test (AINDT) – Level 2 competency removal from 1 September 2022

The Course.Aust Institute of Non-Destructive Test – Ultrasonic Level 2 competency will no longer be accepted in the national competency groupings from 1 September 2022.

 

Below is a list of all Ultrasonic Tester roles which will now hold the Course.Aust Institute of Non-Destructive Test (AINDT) – Level 2 competency.

• V/Line – Ultrasonic Tester – existing role
• ARTC – Ultrasonic Tester Track (Currency) – existing role
• ARTC – Ultrasonic Tester Turnouts (Currency) – existing role
• MTM – Ultrasonic Tester – new role

What does this mean for you?

For the networks which will still accept this competency, workers will now need to hold the national role along with the relevant network roles.
