RIW System Outage Notification – ID Check Module

Please be advised that the ID Check system will be temporarily disabled for maintenance from 1900-1910hrs AEST on Thursday 31st October 2019. Users logging in and/or in the middle of completing their ID check may experience an error 503 message ‘We are currently down for maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes.’ Users should wait until the maintenance period ends before trying again.

NOTE: The rest of the RIW system, apart from the ID check module, will not be affected by this outage.
