RIW App Service Interruption (8 April 2021, 10:00-22:00hrs AEST)
RIW System and RIW App Update Message for Access Controllers, Spot Checkers & cardholders who self-swipe A RIW System Release, including updates to the the RIW App, has been scheduled for 8 April 2021 which incorporates over 30 system improvements. With such a big release, we unfortunately require a significant interruption to our service. Read on for more details. The following services will be unavailable during the service interruption window:
During the interruption, the RIW Service Desk will be unavailable for calls, and a recorded message will advise of the service interruption. Queries can still be sent through to the RIW Service Desk on info@riw.net.au and will be addressed once system functionality is returned. For RIW App Users, which includes Access Controllers, Spot Checkers and cardholders who self-swipe, there is one additional step. What is changing?
