RIW System Payment Issue (PayPal)
The RIW System is currently experiencing some PayPal related issues. The user’s session will expire right after the PayPal payment has been completed, despite the payment being processed. To confirm whether the payment was successful, please check the Payment History tab in the RIW system (note: it may take approx 20-30 minutes for this update to display).
The root cause is known and is due to a recent security update of all the main browsers, which has been put in place to address a newly discovered critical vulnerability.
The issue is currently being resolved, however, a small number of users have been impacted.
