What’s new for Rail Industry Workers?
When you next log in to myRIW, two-factor authentication will be active on your account. Check out two-factor authentication and myRIW for more information.
If you need to update your contact details to authenticate, please get in touch with your employer.
Important! When you end a primary employment relationship in myRIW (which is effective at midnight of the leave date specified), you cannot use your RIW card to swipe into site until a new primary employment relationship is established. Please ask a new employer to send you an employment request after the specified leave date, which you must accept before using your RIW card.
