View competency evidence when you assess a job role
Previously, when it came to assessing a job role, you needed to access the Rail Industry Worker’s profile to view the competency evidence. This extra step took you away from the Assess Job Role screen.
You can now view competency evidence for each competency directly on this screen, keeping the workflow together without having to navigate to other pages to find the information you need.
We have added a new resource centre in the RIW System, which delivers personalised in-system help for users. Check out Overview of the Assessor Dashboard for more information.
Refreshed RIW Knowledge Centre for Assessors
We have refreshed all articles relating to assessing in the Assessor RIW Knowledge Centre. Please interact with the articles by leaving a thumbs up or down. If you leave a thumbs down you can provide your feedback, helping us to help you and other Assessors by improving our content.
