  • Improved filter logic to enhance the ‘Employment Relationship’ custom report.
  • A new ‘export only’ function will prevent system timeouts on very large reports.
  • More accurate pop-up displays when minimum job role requirements are not met.
  • Faster loading of cardholder records with a high volume of job roles/missing requirements.
  • Improved the ‘unable to login’ guidance on the RIW login screen, and updated the password reset email to embed anchor links across all email clients.
Please refer to the System Updates page on the RIW website for the full list of improvements and fixes made during this release.

Note
The software release will result in a small outage while the software is being updated.  The outage is scheduled for 2200hrs on Tuesday 21 April 2020.  The system is expected to return to full functionality at 0100hrs on Wednesday 22 April 2020.
