What services will be affected?

The following services will be unavailable during the outage window:

• RIW E-Learning tab within the RIW system
• RIW System E-Learning Platform.

During the update, the RIW E-Learning tab within the RIW system for the Employer Administrator interface and E-Learning Platform will be unreachable. The RIW E-Learning tab functionality and E-Learning Platform will return to full functionality and ready to use on 28 October 2021 at 12:00 hrs.  

What are the E-Learning system improvements?

Below is a list of some of the changes Employer Administrators and Cardholders can expect.

• A new Mobile App to offer a better user experience for cardholders and provide better quality internet connectivity when accessing E-Learning from a mobile device, especially when in remote areas.
• An improved user interface for cardholders using the web platform to complete E-Learning.
• Improved security and content management when working with different audiences
• New report generator functionality with allows for more customised and graphics reporting.

RIW Employer Administrators and RIW Cardholders will be unable to use the RIW System E-learning Platform between 08.30hrs AEDT on Wednesday 27 October 2021 and 12:00hrs AEDT on Thursday 28 October 2021.
