Allocated items allow Premium Functionality Employers to manage the issue, replacement and return of equipment allocated to cardholders, such as personal protective equipment, laptops, smart devices or keys.

Based on feedback from industry, we have recently updated the pre-defined list of allocated items available to companies.

You can easily add and manage allocated items from a cardholder’s profile in the RIW System, as well as monitor their expiries.

You can also run an allocated item custom report at any time to track item types, issue, expiry and return dates.
