What reports can you now access?

Job Role Validity Report – Yesterday COB Report

This report will generate a list of all RIW cardholders the company has an employment or association relationship with.  The report will return all cardholders and their job role status (i.e. valid or invalid), along with a list of missing competencies if a role is identified as invalid. Note: the data used in this report is only refreshed once a day, which occurs at approximately 0300hrs AEST.

Person Role Competency Status Matrix Report

This report will generate a list of an individual cardholders job roles and associated competencies, along with the status of "competency needed" or "current". Note: this report will list all competencies that form part of a job role competence grouping requirement, and it may list all of those grouped competencies as "competency needed".  It is important that Administrators double check in the RIW System if a competency sits in a grouped competency requirement, as the cardholder may only need to attain one of the grouped competency options.

Role Library and Corresponding Competency Grouping Report

This report will generate a list of all job roles in the RIW System, active and inactive, and the corresponding competency requirements required to fulfill the job role. Tip: if you complete a blank search, all job roles in the RIW System will be surfaced.

How can you access existing reports?

Log into the RIW System and click on the Reports Tab, and then on the Existing Reports icon. 

A list of available reports will be displayed as follows. Please note that only the reports available to your RIW Administrator User permission will be listed.
