During the interruption, the RIW Service Desk will be unavailable for phone support. Queries and service requests can still be sent through to the RIW Service Desk on info@riw.net.au and will be actioned once system functionality has resumed.
IMPORTANT!
We will be automatically closing any open shifts and applying a 12 hour shift length after the service interruption to ensure any Rail Industry Worker who is swiped into site can continue to swipe in successfully for their next shift.
