Please update your RIW App now Message for Access Controllers, Spot Checkers and cardholders who self-swipe Following the RIW System Release, an updated version of the RIW App is now available for immediate download. If your smart device hasn’t already updated the RIW App (where automatic downloads are enabled), please click on the relevant App Store link below to update.
RIW App users who continue to use the old version of the RIW App will see the following screen when attempting to assign a Network when logging in to the RIW App.
The Network drop-down will display App Update Required. Where can you find more information?
