The RIW System and associated services are now available for use
Successful deployment of the RIW System Update Release Message for RIW System Users We are pleased to report that full RIW System functionality has been restored after the successful deployment of the RIW System Update Release on 8 April 2021.
The following services have now resumed:
As previously communicated, a full list of items that were released can be found on the System Updates page on the RIW website. You can also view our short training videos on the release for Standard Employers and Network Operators/Premium Functionality Employers.
And remember, the RIW Knowledge Centre is always available for RIW participants to find answers to any questions they might have. Just type key words into the search bar or browse the specific information categories to find what you are looking for.
We hope that you are excited about the improvements we’ve made with this release, and we welcome your feedback. Please let us know your thoughts by emailing info@riw.net.au. Update to the RIW privacy suite of documents To support this release, Metro Trains Australia have updated the Permission Access Agreement (PAA), Privacy Policy and RIW Privacy Protocol. This change will allow Network Operators to view a cardholders information in the RIW System for the purpose of reviewing RIWs who hold the Network rail corridor access job role. Please read these privacy documents carefully, as continuing to use the RIW System means you accept them. |
