Employer Administrator Newsletter #12

Service Requests enable RIW participants to provide all the relevant information in one simple transaction, which in turn allows the RIW Service Desk to complete tasks within the system.

There are specific functions that need to be performed outside of the RIW system through the lodgment of a Service Request. You can find the Service Request page on the RIW website by clicking on the contact us menu and choosing Service Request. Alternatively, visit https://www.riw.net.au/contact-us/request-a-service/.

Service requests can be broken down into requests for Employer Administrators, Authorised Health Professionals, Registered Training Organisations and Cardholders. Read on for further details.
